Jiaqi Yi

LandArch. Intern, OALA

Jiaqi comes to Stempski Kelly Associates Inc. from Winnipeg, where he completed his MLA. Working as a landscape architectural intern at SKA, Jiaqi is currently an Associate Member of the OALA and working towards his full designation.

Trained in both environmental design and landscape architecture, Jiaqi maintains a deep interest in climate resilient design. His creative approach and strong graphic sensibility have proven him as an asset to many projects. He has been involved in a variety of projects and pursuits catering to both the public and private sectors, including public squares, streetscapes, sports parks, and wayfinding signage strategies. Throughout these projects, he has been directly responsible for the production of graphics and illustrations, 3D modeling and artistic rendering, and detailed technical drafting.

Since joining SKA, he has been working on the Port Hope Landscape Remediation project, Circle K Gas Station Redevelopments, the Clifford Rotary Celebration Square project, the Dunnville Street Tree Planting Plan, the Klondyke Sports Park project, the Haldimand County Comprehensive Signage Strategy, and the Brockton Community Improvement Plan Update.
